Once you&#8217;re able to perform 10 sets then add 1 repetition per set the next day.</p>
<p>Todays workout was a lot of active recovery including foam rolling, stretching, and trigger point. After Squat day special attention needs to be given to the recovering muscles.</p>
<p>The image to the right is a great example of what a power hitting frame should look like.</p>
<p><em><strong>Consider the postage stamp: its usefulness consists in the ability to stick to one thing till it gets there. </strong></em></p>

<p>The group was able to get hands on learning experience which is rare if not in the medical field. Information on how best to continue developing our skill sets and where to get supplies when in a pinch was very valuable info.</p>
